"Pitiful service and absolutely no help from Nicole. They will look for any loophole to not cover what you need covered when it comes down to it. Ended up switching to Progressive and found out my renter’s incident would have been covered if I’d had them at the time. Not only that, but Progressive got me twice as many vehicles insured for half the price. (Edit in reply to Owner's comment) This was not about the truck. That just was an additional insult to injury that I was overpaying for car insurance. This was about the renter's insurance that was supposed to have the mailbox on the property covered under liability which your office refused to honor."

Nicole and Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Insurance wouldn't cover a couple of mechanical problems, which made it to where I couldn't get my vehicle home. Amanda worked with claims so they would cover the extended time I had to use the rental vehicle. Despite multiple requests to cancel my insurance policy, they have continued to charge me without making any effort to honor my cancellation requests. The lack of responsiveness and disregard for my requests is unacceptable. Let's review the facts: - I requested cancellation of my insurance on December 20th, effective December 21st. - Despite this, they processed my payment on December 23rd. Stan's justification was that he wasn't charging a $50 cancellation fee, implying he was doing me a favor. However, I find it laughable that he considers himself a 'good neighbor' while still attempting to charge me for a service I had already canceled. The experience has left a sour taste"
